- NY area based companies with 2-4 team members involved
- Internet/mobile, ecommerce, consumer web & goods, fintech companies with live product/service
- $1+ billion market opportunity with revenue potential of $100+ million in 5 years
- Current company valuation in the ~$1 - 4 million range
The firm typically invests $10k - $50k per investment and acts as a "reserve force" investor (i.e. available and accessible with guidance and advice when needed but not control focused).
